Vegan author Justin Kaye shares his vegan chickpea wrap recipe from his latest Plant Based Recipe Cookbook.
In Justin’s cookbook, you’ll find over 100 plant-based recipes to get you started on a healthier plant-based lifestyle.
Here’s what you’ll need for 2 servings:
- 4 Cups of Romaine Lettuce
- 1 Avocado
- 1/2 Cup of Salsa
- 1/2 Cup of Shredded Mexican Cheese
- 2 Tbsp of Sour Cream
Seasonings
- 1 Tbsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Powder
Here’s what to do:
- Wash and drain the chickpeas. Put them in a big bowl and mash them with a fork.
- Chop the celery and red onion into small pieces and add them to the chickpeas. Then go ahead and mix in the remaining ingredients.
- Divide the mixture into two separate wraps
