1.   If you had a choice to live anywhere in the world where would it be and why?

Japan. They have perfected the work and life balance and it’s easy to find a peaceful escape. The perfect zen life.

2. What is your writing process?

I take notes as ideas come and then I sit down and put all those ideas together and create a story. I do need a quiet place and a cup of coffee nearby.

3. Describe your journey as an author so far 

It’s been a roller coaster ride of scary and exciting moments.

4. How do you stay motivated?

I love what I do and I love getting lost in my stories, it’s not hard to get motivated when finding that escape.

5. What has been your biggest obstacle while writing and how have you overcome it?

I think the negative comments is my biggest obstacle, but I have had great mentors who have taught me to focus on the positive and not the negative.

6. Why did you write this book?

To share the romance with my fans and give them a moment to escape into the arms of a hero, at least for a little while.

7. What do you hope readers would take away from this book?

I hope my readers will find their moment to fall in love when reading my books.

8. What makes you cry?

Videos of soldiers returning home, the first notes of the Titanic melody.

9. What do you know now that you wish you knew as a teenager?

That it doesn’t matter what others think of you, what matters is what you believe you can do for yourself.
