My favorite restaurant dish [is] the Hard Rock Cafe’s Haystack Chicken Salad.

Before I started my writing career, I used to be a waitress at the Hard Rock Cafe in Toronto, Canada. It was a blast! More often than not, all the working staff would also order a meal while on shift. My favorite thing on the menu was the Haystack Chicken Salad with spicy breaded chicken, ranch salad dressing, corn, tomatoes, crunchy tortilla strips, and lots and lots of lettuce.

Yum!

The salad is huge and oh-so-good. There are Hard Rocks all over the world, so my husband knows, [that] if we’re somewhere exotic and they’ve got one, I’m definitely stopping in for lunch.
