As a lover of prix fixe menus, I’ve experienced various dining establishments around the globe. Altura, however, never ceases to amaze. The attention to detail, the seamless blend of Neo-Italian cuisine with a touch of Seattle – the fresh seafood, subtle Asian fusion elements – all contribute to an unforgettable dining experience.

The Chef’s Dining Counter offers an even better because you have a front-row seat to the culinary “ballet.” Watching the meal being artfully prepared and plated adds an extra layer of excitement and appreciation for the craft.

The staff at Altura elevate the dining experience. Knowledgeable, friendly, and adept at describing each course in rich detail, they make every visit special. The sommelier, with their expert wine recommendations, ensures each glass complements the meal perfectly.

The ambiance of Altura strikes a perfect balance between coziness and elegance. Its casual elegance dress code invites diners to relax and immerse themselves in the meal without the stiffness of formal attire. While the price point of Altura is on the higher end, for me it is more than worth it to have such an extraordinary culinary experience.
